This information covers mantivio.com.

Contact form

When you submit the form, your name, email address, optional company name and message are sent to the Mantivio team so we can respond to your enquiry. Cloudflare Pages handles the request and Maileroo sends the email to our Gmail inbox. The website does not save form contents in a separate database or browser storage. The message is stored in our inbox, and the providers may retain information about its processing and delivery.

We disable open and click tracking in the outgoing email. Your IP address is also used temporarily to limit submission attempts.

Do not include confidential information or other people’s details that are not needed for the conversation.

Hosting and website resources

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver the website and support security. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and privacy information from Maileroo and Google for details.

Fonts and graphics are served with the website. We do not embed external videos, maps or tracking tools. We do not use marketing analytics or marketing cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against spam and may process your IP address, browser information and signals needed for verification. See the Turnstile privacy notice.
