AI solutions
AI agents that help get the task done.
We design AI agents that use company knowledge and agreed tools. We define which tasks they handle independently and which decisions belong to a person.
Discuss your implementation
From a task to a solution.
An AI agent can choose steps and use tools to complete a task. We start with the objective, available data and boundaries, then evaluate the solution on examples from your business.
Knowledge assistant
Finds information in approved documents, identifies sources and signals when there is insufficient evidence to answer.
Team support
Summarises a case, gathers missing information and proposes the next step inside the tools employees use.
Workflow agent
Connects several activities, such as reading a request, checking its status and preparing a task for approval.
ENGAGEMENT SCOPE
What do you receive?
- Task scope and rules for handing over to a person
- Connections to knowledge sources and selected tools
- Tests for typical cases, missing information and errors
- Activity records, cost measurement and operating instructions
What do we need to start?
- Examples of tasks and correct outcomes
- Approved knowledge sources and access to a test environment
- An owner for acceptance and exception handling
How do we price the work?
Pricing reflects the number of tools, data quality, required controls and test coverage. Discovery establishes the build budget and how ongoing usage will be charged.
DELIVERY APPROACH
How does implementation work?
- 01
Scope
Define the tasks the agent should attempt and situations requiring refusal or escalation.
- 02
Build and evaluate
Select the model and tools. Compare answers and actions with agreed acceptance criteria.
- 03
Pilot
Launch a limited scope, analyse failures and use the results to decide whether to extend autonomy.
ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO
Preparing a response to an enquiry
An illustration of how a solution can work. We adapt the scope to the client’s environment; this is not a delivered client project.
- The agent reads the enquiry and searches approved information.
- It prepares a draft with sources and questions about missing details.
- An employee approves the response before it is sent.
- What we measure
- Answer accuracy, revisions, working time and cost per accepted result.
- How we control actions
- Knowledge access follows the user’s role; sending requires separate approval.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Good to know.
Does an agent have to work entirely on its own?
No. We can start with reading information and preparing suggestions. Data changes and customer communication receive their own rules and approvals.
Does every process need an AI agent?
No. Conventional automation can be easier to maintain when steps and rules are fixed. The nature of the task determines the approach.
Do you build agents on only one platform?
We select the platform around the client’s environment. Agentforce is one of our specialisations; we also design solutions with other models and integrations.
