HOW WE HELP

From the right decision to a working process.

We design and deliver AI for B2B and B2C businesses. We bring together strategy, AI agents, automation, system integrations and governance, from the first idea to ongoing operations.

Three modules connected by turquoise bridges, illustrating system integration.
01

Strategy & readiness

AI Strategy & Readiness

We assess processes, data and constraints. We evaluate value, feasibility and cost before anything is built.

OUTCOME

A ranked set of use cases, a first implementation recommendation and a roadmap.

02

Process transformation

AI Process Transformation

We build AI agents, assistants and automation. We connect them to your data and systems, with explicit boundaries for autonomy and exception handling.

OUTCOME

A working process, integrations, acceptance tests and performance measures.

03

Salesforce & Agentforce

Salesforce & Agentforce

We implement and extend Salesforce and Agentforce agents. We connect CRM with data, applications and AI solutions tailored to the business.

OUTCOME

Configured CRM, AI agents and integrations with agreed permissions and tests.

04

Governance & control

AI Governance & Control

We assign ownership and implement permissions, limits, activity logs and approvals.

OUTCOME

A practical governance approach and controls embedded in the workflow.

05

Adoption & enablement

AI Adoption & Enablement

We prepare owners and users to work with the solution. Workshops are built around real tasks.

OUTCOME

Working instructions, a prepared team and a plan to assess usefulness.

06

Operations & improvement

AI Operations & Improvement

We monitor quality, costs and incidents, maintain integrations and repeat tests after changes.

OUTCOME

A review cadence, a maintenance plan and an improvement backlog.

Your next step depends on readiness.

First Production Workflow

Indicatively 6–10 weeks

One process, one user group and agreed integrations. Deliverables: a working solution, tests, monitoring, operating instructions and a maintenance plan.

AI Governance Starter

Indicatively 3–5 weeks

One department or a focused set of use cases. Deliverables: an AI register, roles, risks, access rules and selected controls for one use case.

Timing and pricing depend on scope and access to people, data and environments. Deferring the investment can also be a valid outcome.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before we begin.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

We start with your current environment, integration options and access constraints. We only consider replacement if the assessment shows it is needed, with a separately agreed scope.

How do you choose a model and platform?

We compare options using tasks from your process. We assess quality, cost per correctly completed case, integrations, agreements and data constraints. Sometimes a simpler automation without AI is the better choice.

Who will have access to our data?

Access follows user roles, process purpose and organisational policies. Before deployment, we agree on data sources, providers, logging scope and retention periods.

When is human approval needed?

It depends on the risk and consequences of an action. For sensitive operations, we design approvals outside the model, for example before sending a message, changing data or initiating a payment.

How do we measure the result?

Before deployment, we measure volume, time, costs and exceptions. Afterwards, we compare the same measures and include model, integration, review and maintenance costs. Recovered capacity is reported separately from cash savings.

What happens after deployment?

We hand over documentation and knowledge, and agree on monitoring, reviews, incident handling and rollback. Ongoing care can use a defined subscription scope, with further development priced separately.
